3. Time for Performance The owners,their heirs,successors or assigns,agree and covenant to sign a petition to annex the
above-described premises unto the City of Renton at such time as the assessed valuation of the subject premises is
sufficient to qualify under the 60%method pursuant to RCW 35A14.120,together with such other adjoining or
contiguous are as the City of other petitioners may detemune. The owners further agree,when so notified by the City,to
promptly circulate and execute such Petition and to comply with all the requirements of law regarding such annexation.
If the owners,their successors or assigns fail to do so,the city reserves the right to tertninate such utility services.
