That said Grantor(� , for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00
(One Dollar) aid by Grantee, and other valuable cons�derataon, does
y t ese presents, grant, argain, sel� , convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee,
its successors and assigns , an easement for roadway and public utilities (ir��lu�d�ng
�vater and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon ���e
following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly described
as fo11 ows :
A permanent easement, 15 feet in zuidth and 5� feet in Zength, over that
portion of BZock 20, Renton HighZands No. 2 Corrected PZat, according to
the PZat reeorded in Uolume 52 of PZats, pages 92 to 98, Records of King
County, Washington: described as follaws:
The westerZy 15 feet of the easterZy 55 feet of the
southerZy 75 feet of BZock 20, Renton HighZarcds No. 2
eorreetd PZat; LESS the south 20 feet thereof.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as:
NONE
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construc-
tion and until such time as the �roadway, utilities and appurtenances have been
accepted for the ope ration and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than '

have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said �bove described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering ar reconstructing said
uti 1 i ty, or maki ng any connecti ons therewi th, wi thaut incurring any 3egal �
obl i gations or T i abi l i ty therefare, provi ded, that such construction, main- I
taining, repai ri ng, al tering or reconstructi on of such uti 1 i ty sha]l be
� accomplished in such a manner that the private irr�rovements existing in the right I
,�. right(s)-of-way shal] not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
� disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
� immedi ately before the property was enter�d upan by the Grantee.
pi'he Grantt�r shali fully use and enjay the aforedescribed premises,
� i nc1 udi ng the ri ght ta retai n the ri ght ta use the surface of sai d ri ght-of-way
' if such use d�es nat ir�terfere with installation and main.tenance of the utility
line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or stru�tures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
This easement, shall be a cavenant running with the land and sha11 be bind-
i.ng on the Grantar, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors cavenant that
they are the fu1 owners of the above properties that they ve a gaad and
lawful r% o exec this agreement.
