D. Hillman's Lake Washington Garden of Eden Division No. 3, according to the plat recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page 81, records of King County, Washington, together with Shorelands adjoining, and all that portion of Lot 33, said Block C, lying Northerly of a line running north of 89°31'09" � West 112.03 feet and NortYi 88°41'00" West 240 feet from a point 17 feet Northerly of the Northeast corner of Lot 34, said Block C; together with Shorelands adjoining, lying Northerly of the above described line. The temporary construction easement to be granted over the above described subject property is 20 feet wide, being 10 feet on either side of the following described centerline: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the above described property; thence Westerly along the Southerly line thereof a distance of 94.5 feet to the true point of beginning of said centerline; thence North 03°15'51" West a distance of 55 feet, . more or less, to the Northerly line of the described property.
