Grantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public
utility (street improvement) with necessary appurtenances over, through, acros's and
upon the following described property in King Cotmty, Washington, more particularly
described as follows :
The West 10 feet of the North 100 feet of Tract 23, C. D. Hillman's
Lake Washington Garden of Eden Addition to City of Seattle No. 1 as
recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 63, Records of King County,
Washington, lying east of the West 15 feet and West of the East
165 feet thereof.

Said temporary construction easement sh all remain in force during const ruction

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintair�ing, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making
any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability
�r therefore, provided9 that such construction, maintaining, repairing, altering or
' ' reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the
