need for such service continues, but in no eve�t less than ten (10) years.

Authority� has presented to the City of Renton� Washirgton, for aceeptance, bill of '
sale dated Noveriber �, 191�6, easement dated November 6� 19�d, arxi deed of dedicatian
dated No�enber 6� 19�t6, by which instruments the United States of l,merica have conn�e9ed
' title to the water system and sew�er system in the Renton Highlands Housing Pro�eet� and
� the easement to mainta3n� repair and replace said sanitary and storm sew�er mains and
water mains together taith an easement for water storage facilities within said propert,y
more particu.larlp deseribed in said easement, s�►d b,y the deed of dedication has dedicated I
to the Public the s treets within said pro�ect.
No�, therefore, be it resolved k�p the City �ouncil of the City of Rent,on, Wash�ton
as follaws:
SECTION 1: That the City of Renton does hereby accept the bill of sale dated
November 5, 19�6, the easement executed November 6� 1946 and the deed oP dedication
dated Novanber 6, 19�t6, by which instruraents the IInited States of Ataerica, b� and
throu�h the Federal Public Housing Authority, has conveqed to the City of Renton,
Washin�ton all those sanitary and storm sewer mains and Water mains and water storage �
and pump facilities on or near the sits of Renton Highlands (War Housing Pr��ect�
Wash. 45058; Wash. 1�s059; �Iash. lt57.31�; Wash. I�51lt6) and has granted by the easement
�he right of irgress and egress to maititain� repai.r, and replace said sanitary and ',
storm sewer mains and water mairis, toget�er Wi.th an easement for water storage facili- I
ties Frithin property described in said easement, and by the deed of dedication has
dedicated a11 of the streets lying Taithin said Renton Highlands Pro�ect.
SECTION 2r That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are authoriaed to
execute all ir�struments of acceptance to effectuate the acceptance of the aforementioned
docnments.
