hereinafter called "Grantor(s) ," and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of
King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee."
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s} , for and in consideration of the sum of $ �.00
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration, do
by these presents, grant, bargain, sell , convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee, ,
its successors and assigns, an easement for public utilities (including water and
sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following
described property in King County, Washington, more particularly described as ,

Lot 13, B1ock 4, Motor Line Additinn to Renton as recorded in Vo1.. 9 of Plats,
page 50, recorc�s of King County, Washington. Less the North 59 feet and Less
the South 100 feet thereo�. �
As situated within the NE 1/4 of Section 18, Twp. 23 N. , R. 5 E. , W.M.
For the abovementioned monetary consideration the Grantee agrees to construct I
a 12 foot wide driveway along the Ely line of said subject property, said 12
foot being measured Nly along the Ely line, from the SE corner thof; �
Also the Grantee agrees to install a 20 ft. guard rail along the Wly line of
said subject property, said 20 foot being measured Nly, along the Wly line,
from the SW corner thof.

Together with a temporary construction easement described as :
The South 15� feet of the abnv� described property.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construc-
tion and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted
for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than october 24,
1975. �

; Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have i
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be I
' necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, mair�taining, repairing, alter�ng or reconstructing said utilities, or making ,
any cor,nections therewith, without incurring any legal obiigations or liability ,
- therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairin�, altering or
- reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplishe� in such a manner that the
� private improvements existing in the riyht(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
.� damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condi�ion as they were immediately
