This project has been approved by the City Council. � These new sidewalk segments will be constructed entirely within existing right of way. I i We discovered that existing sidewalks encroach on private property at a few locations where the I wheelchair ramps will be replacing existing sidewalks. In order to correct the record we made an � offer to the property owners to pay a nominal sum as compensation for curing the encroachment in � return for a dedication rounding the property corner to City Standards. �' Since this project has been approved by the City Council, we feel that the dedications are not �� 1�� �. required to be accepted by the City Council in the usual manner. We request that the Mayor sign � � acceptance of these dedications and the documents be recorded. � Please let me know if either you or the Mayor would prefer to request Council concurrence � accepting these dedication deeds.
