This ro'ect has been a roved b the Cit Council. I' P i P J PP Y Y i These new sidewalk segments will be constructed entirely within existing right of way. (' We discovered that existing sidewalks encroach on private property at a few locations where the wheelchair ramps will be replacing existing sidewalks. In order to correct the record we made an offer to the property owners to pay a nominal sum as compensation for curing the encroachment in �'� return for a dedication rounding the property corner to City Standards. f; � � f; Since this project has been approved by the City Council, we feel that the dedications are not ��� � re uired to be acce ted b the Cit Council in the usual manner. We request that the Mayor sign � C q P Y Y �� acceptance of these dedications and the documents be recorded. � � Please let me know if either you or the Mayor would prefer to request Council concurrence � accepting these dedication deeds.
