County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".

� That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of $

� successors and assigns , an easement for public utilities (including water and sewer) with
�. necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following described property
in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
Main Tract
Four permanent utility easements over that portion of the north 271.25 ft. of the south
, 601.01 ft. of Government Lot 7 in the SW 1/4 of Sec. 25, Twn. 23 N. , Rge. 4 E. , W.M. ,
lying between Puget Sound Electric Co. Railroad R/W and W. Valley Rd. (State Highway
No. 5-M) (SR 181) , less State Highway, less E. 15 ft; said easements more particularly
I described as follows:
; Easement 1.) The E. 15 ft. of the above described main tract, except any portion of said
E. 15 ft. lying within the S. 15 ft. thereof;
Easement 2.) The S. 15 ft. of the above described main tract except the westerly 15 ft.
thereof. Said westerly 15 ft. measured at right angles from the westerly property line of
the above described main tract.
Easement 3.) A 15 ft. wide easement being 7.5 ft. on either side of the following
described centerline: Beginning at the SW property corner of the above described main
tract; thence northeasterly along the westerly property line thereof a distance of 97 ft.
thence southeasterly at right an��es to said property line a distance of 15 ft. to the
true point of beginning; thence continuing southeasterly along a line perpendicular to
said westerly property line to a terminal point on the south line of the above described
main tract. Except any portion of said easement lying within the south 15 ft. of the
described main tract.
� Easement 4.) A 15 ft. wide easement parallel with and adjacent to two existing Utility
easements as recorded under A.F. Nos. 6726586 and 6726587 and lying between lines drawn
perpendicular to the westerly property line of the above described main tract from points
measured 45 ft. and 110 ft. , southwesterly along said westerly property line, from the
NW property corner thereof.

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have
.:the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
•;necessary to enter. upon said above described property for the parpose of construct-
�ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said roadway and utilities,
' ;or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or
liabili.ty therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing,
�altering or reconstruction of said roadway and utilities� shall be accomplished in °
�such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall
.not be disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced Zn as good a condition as they
' ,were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
� The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including
