The E. 15 ft. of the above described main tract, except any portion of said E. 15 ft. lying within the S. 15 ft. thereof; Easement 2.) The S. 15 ft. of the above described main tract except the westerly 15 ft. thereof. Said westerly 15 ft. measured at right angles from the westerly property line of the above described main tract. Easement 3.) A 15 ft. wide easement being 7.5 ft. on either side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the SW property corner of the above described main tract; thence northeasterly along the westerly property line thereof a distance of 97 ft. thence southeasterly at right an��es to said property line a distance of 15 ft. to the true point of beginning; thence continuing southeasterly along a line perpendicular to said westerly property line to a terminal point on the south line of the above described main tract.
