' THIS EASEMENT, made this �.3 day of �Y�'Z2�, 1978, �Y
and between OLYMPIC PIPE LINE COMPATdY, a Delaware Co poration, herein
called "Grantee" , and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of
King County, Washington, herein called "Grantor" .
W I T N E S S E T H:
� GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
O ($10 . 00) paid by GRANTEE, and other valuable consideration, does by
� these presents, grant and convey urito GRANTEE, its successors and
� assigns , the permanent rights of way, easements and privileges as

1. To construct, maintain, operate, repair, replace , change the size
of, and remove in whole or in part , a pipeline .or pipelines , for
the transportation of oil and gas , and the products thereof,
water, or any other fluid or substance, with the necessary fittings ,
fixtures , valves, appurtenances , cathodic protection de�ices ,

and other related facilities , over, through, across and upon the

' Lot 1) of Section 30, Township 23 North, Range 5 East , W.M. ,
described as follows :
COMMENCING at the NE corner of said N4J 1/4 of the NW 1/4 ;
thence South 1°35 ' 12" West along the East line of said
Nw I/4 of the NW 1/4 a distance of 70 . 0 feet ; thence
North 88°2�4 ' 48" uJest a distance of 40 . 0 feet to a point
on the West line of the proposed Lind Avenue ; thence North
1°35' 12" East along said West line a distance of 70 . 0 feet

shall be binding on GRANTOR, its successors and assigns . GRANTOR
covenants ath it is the lawful oUTner of the abo�e properties and that
