of an easement acguired from PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, �
a �9ashington corporation, dated August 30 , 1977, recorded under
Auditor ' s File No. 7709060803, records of King County, over the
real property described as follows:
A strip of land 20 feet in width, lying within the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range
5 East, WoM. , described as followso
Beginning at the southwes� corner of Lot l, of the
Plat of Harries Garden Tracts, as recorded in Volume
34 oi Pla��� page 38, records of King Cc,un�y, Washing-
� . ton; thence N 89°20 ' 30" E along the south line of Lot
� 1 a distance of 23.09 feet; thence S 29°20 ` 30" W to a
point on the northerly line of a 15 foot utility ease-
� ment as described in and recorded under Auditor's File
� No. 7408160459; thence northwesterly along said north
�q line of the easement to a point of intersection with a

The City of Renton does hereby abandon, release and quit claim
all rights acquired under said easemento
