Shortening and lengthening the sidelines of said 15 foot strip so as commence and terminate on the property lines margins and easements herein described together with a 7.5foot easement on each side of all water line appurtenances, continguous to above described easement, as shown of the City of Renton Engineering Department's Sunset Plaza Utility Easement Drawing. Together with an easement over the south 15 feet of the east 45 feet of the west 60 feet and the south 30 feet of the north 70 feet of the east 17 feet of the west 42 feet and the south 132.5 feet of north 202.5 feet of the east 10 feet of the west 25 feet all in the south 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of said Section 4.
