or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utili�;y.

i ng on the Grantor, h i s successors , hei rs and assi��s. Grar tors covenant �:hat
they are the lawful flwners of the =�bove properties and that t�ey have a go�d and
lawful right to execute this agree��ent.
