have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such ti���es as
may be nece5sary to ent.er upon sai� above described property for the purpose
' of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or recons�ructing said
utility, or making any �connections therewith, without incurring any legal
obligations or liability therefore, pro.vided, that such constructior�, mai►�-
