_� Know�. All Men By These Presents that the CITY OF RENTON, A municipal corporation,
--� is the owner of an easement acquired from WASHINGTON NATURAL GAS COr1PANY, dated on
April 4, 1966, recorded under Auditor's File No. 6014798 records of King County,
� over real property described as follows:

� with the south line of said Section 20 70.26 feet to the true point of beginning;

beginning; thence South 87°53'30" East 410 feet, more or less, to the westerly margin
of Puget Drive. i
THE CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under above
described easement.
