SUBJECT: ADDRESS CHANGE DUE TO ANNEXATION
Dear Ms. Grimes:
The City of Renton Council has agreed to accept staff recommendations to allow your address
to remain 12829 158th Ave SE until that time that all of the properties along 158th Ave SE and
within our Urban Growth Boundary have been annexed into the City. Please note that you will
need to change your address at some time in the future, just not at this time.
Please accept my apologies for the confusion. Staff will notify the local Postal Authority and
the utility companies, as well as the attached list of other pertinent agencies.
