Comments for the Project Manager: The above referenced title report ~tates that Rudy J. Starkovich and Beverly J. Starkovich are the vested owners of the subject property. If Rudy Starkovich is still alive and a vested owner, then he should have signed the Land Use Permit Master Application form, along with his wife. If ownership of the subject properties is to change hands before this lot line adjustment is recorded, then ask for a new title report.
