2. The applicant provides a new security device in the amount of
$11,457.00 (150% of the costs of the deferred item for Plat B) to replace
the existing security device, which covered deferred items for both Plat
A&B.

• OFF-SITE DEFERRAL, MOREHOUSE SHORT PLAT, ME £1fp
W Pr-04-026, 323 Lind Ave NW -The applicant is requesting a deferral for curb,
gutter, sidewalks, storm water drainage and street paving on the frontage of the
property at Lind Ave NW.
Action: Among brief conversation, it was decided that the existing roadway
should be widened to match the new width abutting the adjacent Enebrad Short
Plat site. Therefore, the deferral was granted (Moved by Meckling, Seconded
by Gafour) for curbs, gutters and sidewalks (excluding paving) along Lind Ave
NW, subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant agrees to sign and record a Restrictive Covenant to
participate in any future Local Improvement District (LID) or other City
initiated project to provide the improvements of curbs, gutters and
sidewalks which have been deferred. Said covenant shall be recorded
prior to recording the short plat, or within two (2) years from the Board
of Public Works decision, whichever comes first.
2. A fog line be installed in lieu of sidewalk for pedestrian safety.
