The project consists of a temporary trailer used for marketing purposes for the new Assisted Living facility; Chateau at Valley Center, currently under construction. The site address is 4450 Davis Avenue South in Renton. The trailer will be placed on an unused portion of the land used for construction. See attached sketch. A compacted gravel parking lot with one ADA parking stall will be provided for visitors. · The trailer will be temporarily hooked up to telephone, sewer and electrical utilities.
