The project is to replace and repair gangways that lead to the transient boat moorage floats and two gangways that provide access to two picnic floats. These improvements will provide better access to the floats when the Lake Washington water levels are changed. 2. The site is used for Public Park and Recreation and will continue to be used as Park and Recreation. 3. The adjacent water is Lake Washington. 4. The nature of the shoreline low bank and natural. 5.
