said NW corner; all that portion of Lot 1, Block 2, lying southeasterly of a line extending
from the NE corner thereof to a pt. on the S. line thereof which is 11.17' westerly of the ,
SE corner thereof� all that portion of Lot 19, Blk.2� lying southeasterly of a line �
extending from a point on the S. line of said lot 19 which is 5.04' W. of the SE corner
