se-wer connections located as directed by the Party of the First Part. The connec--
-tions shall be 6�' in diameter and stubbed up to a depth of 6 f'eet below existing
ground.
Also additional corisideration as written on sheet attached and made a part ,
thereof.
And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of construction, repair, service, and maintenance of
sewage pipe lines and any other public utilities and services.

� l. There sha�l be no charges� including permits, �spection and
hook-up to the taps on the ma5n line� or installation of main �
line, or any liability.
2. The City of Renton guarantees that owners property can be
hooked up to the main line.
3. The City of Renton agrees to restore the grounds and/or what '
ever is disrupted� back to as good or better than its original
state.
�.. There sha1.1. not be any above or below ground level onstruc- I
tions that will interfere with �he future development of adja-
cent property.
5. All excess dirt f'rom the sewer installation to be dumped
free of charge on the property of the owner at the owner�s
request, Free dirt to come from the entire sewer installa-tion
area.
