The centerline of Vahich is described as follows:
Beginning at a point 15 feet North of the Southerly Lot Line of said
Lot 20 and its intersection with the West Right-of-Way Line of
Rainier Avenue, thence Westerly parallel to said Lot Line .and said
line produced Westerly, to a point 25 feet Westerly of the centerline
of the Vacated 9lst Avenue South; thence southerly on a line and
parallel to the centerline o�' said Vacated Avenue, to a point 10
�'eet North of the South Line of Lot 5, Block 20, produced Udester7.y.
And the party of the second part to have for the purposes of construction, repair, service, and maintenance of
sewage pipe lines and any other public utilities and services. I
