LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The south 80 feet of the east 200 feet of that portion of the north 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/3 of Section 3 , Township 23 north, Range 5 east W.M. lying west of Newcastle Road. OWNER(S) OF RECORD: Kenneth E. Kite OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST: Seattle Postal Employees Credit Union Roy Woodbury GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE: wood frame single family residence. PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2104: B. Because of lack of sanitation facilities, this building is unfit for human habitation. D. Because of trash and combustibles in and around the house, faulty electrical wiring, lack of required smoke detector, this house is a fire hazard. HOUSING CODE VIOLATIONS TO BE ABATED BY DANGEROUS BUILDING ORDINANCE. 1. Inadequate sanitation facilities, water not connected to the water closet. 2 . No water connections (hot or cold) to the kitchen sink. 3 . Potential cross connection/backflow to the public water system is possible (hose on hot water bib to bathtub) . 4 . Rodent harborage (rat droppings observed) . 5. Putrescible garbage. 6. No heat. 7. No smoke alarm. 8 . Requires self closing solid core door between garage and living area. 9 . Back door and area around it is rotte. 10. Rot in walls, first and second floors. 11. Ceiling on second floor is open to attic. 12 . The occupied bedroom on the second floor is not finished, exposed electrical wires, open walls. 13 . Several electrical switch and receptacle boxes missing covers. 14 . several ceiling lights are supported by electrical wires only. 15. Several windows on the second floor are broken or removed. (Note: could not make a thorough inspection due to large quantities of materials, foodstuffs, etc. throughout the house) . •Ilr- .
