It appearing to the Commissioner of Public Lands at this time
that Application No. 26355 has been filed in this office by the City of
Renton for an easement for a right of way for a flood control dam over
the bed and shorelands of the Black River in fronfi of a portion of Govern—
ment Lot 6, and a portion of the Charles E. Brownetls D.L.C. in Section 13,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, V�r.M. , in King County; and
it further appearing that the applicanfi has satisfactorily met
the requirements of the statutes in the matter of the filing of a plat
showing the location of the flood controt dam; and that there is no timber
on the area included within the desired right of way, and the Commissioner
being fully advised, it is therefore
ORDERED and DETERMiNED that the plat of the desired right of way, II
as filed with �pplication No. 26355 for a right of way for flood control
dam, be and the same is hereby approved and that an easement for a right of
way for such flood control dam be and the same is hereby granted over and
across and to inc{ude the following described lands:
Those portions of the shorelands and bed of Black River in
front of Government Lot 6 and the Charles E. Brownells D.L.C. No. .
41 in Section 13, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , lying
east of fihe Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul , and Pacific Railroad
right of way, and westerly of a line running N 7° 03* W 230 feet,
more or less, from a point in said Government Lot 6 which is
N 61° 30� E 496 feet from the southwest corner of said Section 13,
as shown .on the plat thereof on file in Application No. 26355, in
. the office of the Commissior,er af !'ublic Lands at �lympia, G�tashingfion.
Subject, however, to an easement for a right of way for a
pipeline granted to Washington Natural Gas Company on November 13,
' 1956 under Application No. 24396.
Sub,�ect, however, to any rights to be granted to King County
Drainage District No. I through the filing of an application for
an easemerit on May 27, 1958.
