do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement for water main with necessary
appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following described property
in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: �
That portion of Government Lot 1, Section 32, Township 24 North, �,
Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, described as follows: I
Beginning at intersection of South line of said Government Lot with
Southeasterly line of Lake Washington Boulevard, said point bearing
N 88°48'58"L�� 1753.72 feet from South�ast corner of said Government
Lot; thence along said boulevard line N39°51'43"E 2�+7.76 feet; thence
on a curve to left with radius of 2178.79 feet a distance of 220.23
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along the curve
of said boulevard line 119.16 feet; thence N30°56'13"E 10.84 feet;
thence S77°10'30"E 312.20 feet; thence S28°41'38"W 244.14 feet;
, thence N55°55'46"W 310.00 feet to true point of beginning.
Utility Easement
Beginning at most Southerly corner of above described property;
thence S28°41'38"W 229.65 feet to the South line of said Government
Lot l, thence N88°48'58"W 22.55 feet; thence N28°41'38"E 185 feet;
thence N4°30'54"W 72.54 feet; thence S55°55'46"E 60 feet to the

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
-� have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
� may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
` � of constru.cting, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
� . uti 1 i ty, or maki ng any conr�ecti ons therewi th, wi thout i ncurri ng any 1 egal
� obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
L�-y accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
Nright{s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
N disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
._... immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

� The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed prem�ses,
including the right to re tain the right to t�se the surface of said right-of-way
� if such use does not interfere witM installation and maintenance of the uti] ity
line. However, the,grantor shail not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
Thas easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
t y are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
ful right to xecu this agreement.
