It is mutually agreed and understood by the parties hereto that this easement has been given to and accepted by Grantee subject to and upon the following conditions, to-wit: If any part of said right of way shall be abandoned or shall cease to be used or � maintained as a public highway by Grantee, or the route thereof changed, then as to such part all rights under this easement shall thereafter be null and void, and such . ', portions of such rights of way shall automatically revert to the Grantor, successors . or assigns, without any notice being required.
