Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shail hawe
� the right, without prior notice or proceeding at iaw, at such times as may be
tr� necessary to enter upon said abave described property f�r the purpose �f can-
� structing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utility, ar
' � making any cannectians therewith, and such constructian, maintainin , re ai rin , i

� that the private impravements existing in the right right(s}-of-way shal] not be
disturbed or damaged, or ir► the event they are disturbed or damaged, they wilt
ao be replaced in as goad a condition as they were iremrediately before the property
was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shali fully use and enjay the aforedescribed premises,
inciuding the right ta retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use daes nqt 9nterfere with instailation and maintenance of the utility
� line. HOWeVE�'� the grantor shall not erect buiIdings or structures over, under
; or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
