Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
have the right, withaut prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary ta enter upan said abave descrfbed property for the purpose
of constructing, maintair��ng, t�epairing, altering or r�constructing sa#d I
