Commencing at the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of said Section 25; _
Thence along the east line of said northeast quarter S. 0°49'41" W. a distance
of 1,309.94 feet to the southeast corner of the fractional northeast quarter
of the northeast quarter of said Section 25;
Thence continuing along said east line S. 0°49`41" W. a distance of 29.08 feet;
Thence perpendicular to said east line N. 89°10'19 W. a distance of 20.00 feet
to the west line of the east 20 feet of said northeast quarter of said Section '
25 and the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing N. 89°10'19" W. a distance of 15.00 feet;
Thence N. 0°49'41" E. a distance of 37.53 feet to a point on a curve concave
to the northeast which has a radius of 2,045.00 feet and the center of the
circle of said curve bears N. 13°27'S0" E. ;
Thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 0°25'49"

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
0 ab.l i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such construction. main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
paccomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
0 right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed : or damaged, or in the event they are
0 disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
— immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
°p - The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the =�aforedescribed premises,
including the right to re tain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-w�y during the existence of such utility.
This easement, a�a11 be a covenant running with the land and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
lawful right to execute this agreement.
