ATLANTIC RICHFIELD COMPANY, a Pennsylvania corporation
(called "A.R. " ) hereby conveys to the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipality, an easement for the purposes below affecting real
estate in King County, Washington, to wit :
That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 4 ,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East , Wilamette Meridian �
described as :
BEGINNING at a point distant 307.04 feet West of the
Southwest corner of said Southwest quarter; thence
North 1 degree 16 minutes 12 seconds East , a distance
of 30 .00 feet to the North right-of-way line of
� N.E. 12th Street and the True Point of Beginning of
� said easement ; thence North 1 degree 1G minutes 12 �
� seconds East a distance of 5 .00 feet ; thence North I
