Grante� shall be required ta pay any general ar special assessments or increased insurance premiums incurxed by Gxantor as � a result of any authorized use hereundex. 3. Grantee, its successors and assigns , shall protect , d�_f_end, and hold harmless Grantor against alT claims , demands , loss dama�e , expense, and liabil.ity arising from any and all acts o � Grantee , performed under this agreement . � 4 . In all Hiring or emplayment made possible or resulting .,,p fram this agreernent , there sha2l be na discriminatian against any � employee ar applicant �or employment because of sex, age , xace, � calar, creed, national origin, marital status or the presence af � any sensoxy, mental , or physical handicap, unless based upon a bona �,,,N� fide occupational qualification, and this requixement sha11 apply � � to but not be limitecl to the fallowing : employment , advertising , Cy lay-off or termination, rates or pay or other forms of compensation , � � and selectzon for training, including appxenticeship . No person shall be denied, or subjected to discriminatian in receipt a� the benefit c�f any services ar activities made pflssible by or resu�.ting fram this agreement on the graund of sex, race , calor, creed, national arigin, age except minimum age and retirement provisians , marital status , or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical handicap. Any violation of this provision sha11 be considered a violation of a material pravision af this agreement and shall be grounds for cancellatian, texma.nation or suspension in whole or in part , of the agxeement by the County and may result in ine7.i�ibil.ity far further County a�reements . 5 . A11 right, title ancl interest which may be used and enjoyed without interfering with the nan-exclusive easements rights herein conveyed is reserved to the Grantor. The construction, insinstallation or maintenance , after the date of this agreement , p however, of fixtures or structures of a permanent natuxe within ' the above described easement axea shall be cieemed an inter�erence . with said easement rights herein gxanted. � 6. Neither this easeme�t or the ri.ghts af the C�rantee here- under shall be assignable in �ahflle or in part , Al1 the pravisians , � conditians , requirements and regulatians herein contained shall. be binding upon the successors in ownership of the benefitted land, and all privileges o� the Grantee shall be given to such successors in nwnexship of the bene£itted land as part and parcelof the appurtenant easement. I7. The rights granted herein shall be appurtenant to the � benefitted land and exclusively �ar the specific purpose a� pro- vidin� sewer services thereto.
