LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That Portion of the Donation Land Claim of Henry H.
Tobin, designated as Claim No. 37 being part of
Section 18 in Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. described as
follows: Beginning at a point 60 feet West of the Northwest
corner of Block 24 of Town of Renton, as per plat recorded in
Volume I of Plats, on Page 135, records of King County; thence
South 16.5 feet, thence West 109.5 feet to the Northern Pacific
Railway right-of-way, thence North along the East line of said
right-of-way 300 feet, thence East 109.5 feet, thence South 283.5
feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPT the North 62 feet thereof;
Situate in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington
OWNER(S) OF RECORD: Adelina B. Lande
OTHER PARTIES IN INTEREST:
WHEREAS, Notice of Complaint was filed in this matter in the King
County Auditor's office on the 28th day of October , 19 76,
under Auditor's Receiving No. 7610280805 ; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to hearing, the Building & Zoning Department
of the City of Renton, on the 18th day of February , 19 77 ,
issued its Findings of Fact and Order herein; and
WHEREAS, said Order of the Board has been fully complied with;
Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED that the Complaint herein be and it is
hereby dismissed.
