Letter of Agreement
Between
City of Renton
And
Bodybuilder's Gym Equipment
The following agreement has been reached between the City of Renton and
Bodybuilder's Gym Equipment regarding periodic maintenance of fitness room
equipment:
• Bodybuilder's Gym Equipment will perform a quarterly maintenance .
inspection on the exercise equipment listed below.
• Those maintenance inspections will consist of checking for excessive wear,
checking for loose fasteners, lubricating where necessary, and confirming
proper operation of exercise equipment.
• Management will authorize any repairs or recommendations by
Bodybuilder's Gym Equipment.
• Bodybuilder's Gym Equipment does not assume liability for injuries incurred
on or off equipment.
Unauthorized repairs are pre-approved up to $50.00. Repairs over $50.00 may
be approved by Cdr. Katie McClincy.
Bodybuilder's Gym Equipment will not be liable for anyone injured on serviced
equipment or breakage of equipment from usage. The equipment located at
the City of Renton, 1055 S. Grady Way, consists of the following:
1 - InShape Multi Station 1 - Olympic Incline Press 2 - Flat Benches
1 - InShape Smith Press 1 - Hyperextension 1 - Flat Incline Bench
1 - Leg Press 1 - Set Dumbbells 1 - Olympic Bench Press
1 - Life Fitness Cross Trainer 1 - Life Fitness Treadmill
For maintenance inspection on the above equipment, the quote of $100.00 +
tax will be charged when called upon to provide this service.
This agreement goes into effect on, and is in effect until canceled by either
party. Cancellation will be in writing only and given thirty (30) days prior to the
date of termination to the other party.
