The Building Official of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2104
of said Code and as specified below:

materially less than it was before the fire and is less
than the minimum requirements of the City's 1982 Uniform
Building Code.
