Harer 84/06/06. #0640 D O Rzr OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST: None RECD F 3.00 CASHSL ****3,00 55 CD QD GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING O&STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE: Single family residence PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2104: A-3 Due to the movement and instability of the ground supporting the • foundation of this building, it is subject to structural failure. B-1,2 The building is open to entry, has broken windows and doors, has been vandalized and is an attractive nuisance to children. A harbor for vagrants, criminals or immoral persons., C. Due to damage to the building, possible damage to side sewer, open to entry of rodents, building is considered .a health hazard. D. Because of dilapidation, open doors, broken windows, the building is subject to entry and is determined to be a fire hazard. H. The foundation on the south side of house has slipped into the adjoin- ing ravine and undermined the building to such an extent that the structural stability is -materially less than it was before the founda- tion slipped and is less than the minimum requirements of the Citys' Uniform Building Code for new buildings of similar structure.
