recorded in Volume 57 of Plats, pages 92 through 98, records of King County, Washmgton,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot, said point being also the intersection of the
South margin of Northeast 7th Street and the West margin of Index Place Northeast, as now
established;
THENCE South 11°14'17" East, along the East line of said Lot and along said West margin, a
distance of 14.40 feet to a point of curve to the left having a radius of 15.00 feet;
