FINDING OF FACT AND ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21, Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated JANUARY 3 , 1979 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
'='` ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
ington beginning at 9 o'clock .M. , APRIL 26 , 1979 .
This was a continuation of hearing 1ld on January 25, 1979.

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds:
1. THE COMPLAINT OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN
SECTION 4-2102 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS •
THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3. IT IS UNREASONABLE TO REPAIR THIS BUILDING WITHIN THE
STANDARDS ESTABLISHED IN SECTION 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS
BUILDING CODE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1. BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED.
2. THIRTY (30) DAYS IS A REASONABLE TIME IN WHICH TO
ACCOMPLISH DEMOLITION.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision .r order.
