LEGAL DESCRIPTION: ATTACHED 0 PN OWNER(S) OF RECORD: VIRGINIA BAREI r�r OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST: FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF RENTON GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE: THREE STORY WOOD FRAME WITH PARTIAL BASEMENT PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102: (B) STRUCTURE HAS BECOME SO DETERIORATED AS TO BECOME AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE TO CHILDREN; A HARBOR FOR VAGRANTS, CRIMINALS OR IMMORAL PERSONS; AS TO ENABLE PERSONS TO RESORT THERETO FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMMITTING UNLAWFUL OR IMMORAL ACTS. (C) BECAUSE OF THE DILAPIDATED CONDITION THE BUILDING HAS BEEN DEEMED BY THE COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER TO BE UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABI- TATION AND A HARBOR FOR VERMIN. (D) BECAUSE OF THE DILAPIDATED CONDITION OF THE STRUCTURE THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS DETERMINED SAID STRUCTURE TO BE A FIRE HAZARD. (E) STRUCTURE HAS BEEN VACANT IN EXCESS OF SIX MONTHS AND HAS BEEN OPENED TO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY AND THEREFORE IS AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE AND A HAZARD TO THE PUBLIC.
