NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
LIS PENDENS
The Building Official of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
A of said Code and as specified below:

OWNER(S) OF RECORD: George F. Janisch
OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST: Richard M. Guerrero

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE:
Two story wood frame building with partial basement; also
wood frame accessory building
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE
A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102:

(B) Structure has been severely damaged by fire and is an
attractive nuisance to children
(D) Buildings are dilapidated and damaged and are a fire
hazard as determined by the Fire Marshal
(G) Thirty per cent (30%) of supporting members are damaged
and deteriorated and fifty per cent (50%) of non-
supporting members are deteriorated and damaged
(H) The structural strength is materially less than the
minimum requirements of the City's Uniform Building Code
(I) Portions of structures are likely to fall or collapse
and thereby injure persons or damage property

COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE TIME
AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
