Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21, Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated October 27 , 1976 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
-77 hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
? ington beginning at 9 o'clock A .M. , February 18 , 1977

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds:
1. The Complaint of the Public Works Director is justified.
2 . The subject building is a Dangerous Building as defined in
Section 4-2102 of the Dangerous Building Code, and is therefore
a public nuisance .
3. The subject building is dangerous to the life , limb , property ,
or the general public as well as the occupants of the building
and shall be vacated and closed to unauthorized entry.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1. The building shall be repaired to present Building Code
standards or demolished.
2 . Time period to accomplish said Order is sixty (60) days .
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
