Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinance ,, City of Renton,
O entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building-Code",' hereby-•complains= that the
subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102 of
said Code and as specified below:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 95 Burnett Avenue South, Renton, Washington
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That Portion of the Donation Land Claim of
Henry H. Tobin, designated as Claim No. 37
being part of Section ltd in Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M. described as follows: Beginning at a point 60 feet West
of the Northwest corner of Block 24 of Town of Renton, as per
plat recorded in Volume I of Plats, on Page 135, records of
King County; thence South 16.5 feet, thence West 109.5 feet to
the Northern Pacific Railway right-of-way, thence North along
the East line of said right-of-way 300 feet, thence East 109.5
feet, thence South 283.5 feet to the point of beginning,
EXCEPT the North 62 feet thereof; Situate in the City of Renton,
County of King, State of Washington

Concrete block structure damaged by fire.
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE
A "DANGEROUS BUILDING"
(H) The structure has been damaged by fire to such an extent
that the structural strength is materially less than it
was before the fire and is less than the minimum require-
ment of the City's Uniform Building Code.
(I) Portions of said structure are likely to fail and thereby
injure persons or damage property.

COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
