� A 15.00 foot wide Easement for maintaining a sanitary sewer line, said Easement
being 7.50 feet on each side of the following Easement Centerline Description:
� Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township
23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington; thence S 88°46'45" E,
along the North Line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 492.83 feet; thence
S 01°13' 15" E, a distance of 30.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing S 01°13' 15" E, a distance of 84.00 feet to a point known as Point "A"
and tt�e Terminus of this Easement Centerline Description.
Also Together with a 15.00 foot wide Easement for maintaining, a sanitary sewer
line, said easement being 5.00 feet wide on the left and 10.00 feet wide on the '
right of the following Easement Centerline Description:
Beginning at afore said Point "A"; thence S 55°27'28" E, a distance of 142.74 feet
to a point known as Point "B"; thence S 42°23' 12" E, a distance of 186.73 feet to
the Terminus of this Easement Centerline Description.
Also Together with a 15.00 foot wide Easement for maintaining, a sanitary sewer
line, said easement being 5.00 feet wide on the left and 10.00 feet wide on the
right of the following Easement Centerline Description:
Beginning at afore said Point "B"; thence N 79°39'S6" E, a distance of 202.64 feet;
thence S 88°26' 17" E, a distance of 101 .00 feet to the Terminus of this Easement
Centerline Description.

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing� altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making
any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing, aitering or
reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the
private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy thL� aforedescribed premises, including
the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. However,
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
This easement. shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
