However, the Grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the right of way during the existence of such utilities. HOLD HA1Z1�1LESS: Grantee (City of Renton) acknowledges and Grantor (King County similar�.�� acknowledges that Grantee's responsibility is to repair, reconstruct and/or maintain the sewer and water lines and appurtenant facilities associated with the granting of this easement. Grantee agrees to hold Grantor, its elected and appointed officials and employees harm- less fram all claims and/or causes of actions which may arise due to the activities of Grantee in repairing, reconstructing or maintaining these facilities pursuant to this easement. This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be �inding on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful right to execute this agreement. .� DATED this ���-� day of � —�- ���;� 1983.
