KNOWN ALL I�N BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation,
is the owner of an easement acquired from The State of Washington
dated on ov. , Application # 27583 recorded under Auditor's File
No. 55 12373 records of King County, over real property described
as follows:
A utility easement, Ten in width, over the following described property:
That �ortion of a ten (10) foot wide easement for storm sewer in favor of the City
of Renton as described in the instrument recorded December 4, 19b3 in King County,
�lashington under Auditor's File No. 5671852 and which lies over, under and across
a portion of Lots 7 and 8 of the plat of Washington Technical Center, according to
the olat recorded in volume 122 of plats, pages 98 through 102, records of King
County, Washington, the centerline of which easement is more specifically described

above described easement.
