husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "party of the first part" for and in
consideration of ONE DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, release and convey unto the CITY OF RENTOi�, a
Municipal Corporation of ti�e State of Washington, as "Party of the second part," an
easement appurtenant and perpetual over, on, and to the following described nro!�erties:
A 10 foot wide easement having 5 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
aeginning at a point ar< the southeasterly line of Lot ly of Block 1
of Windsor Hills Addition as recorded in Volume 38 of Plats, pages
22 and 23, records of King County, llashington; said point being
� S 30�17'07" W and 114 feet distant from the most easterly corner of
� said lot; thence northwesterly to a point on the northwesterly line
� of said Lot 19 which is S 51°22'53" W and 85 feet distant from the
� most northerly corner of said lot and the terminus of said centerline.
NThis is a correction easement give�� to correct the legal description
� of that certain easer;�ent recorded under King County Recording No. 5390570.
� This document hereby revc�kes a;�d supersedes that easement recorded under
Ki ng County AF # 539057�1.
