DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
WHEREAS, Gunnar Ostlund is the owner of the following real
property in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washing-
� ton, described as follows:
� Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 50, 51, 52 and 53 , Block 26,

less that portion deeded for state highway;
AND WHEREAS, the owner of said described property desires to
impose the following restrictive covenants running with the land
as to use, present and future, of the above described real, property;
NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid owner hereby establishes, grants,
and imposes restrictions and covenants running with the land as to
the use of the land •hereinabove described with respect to the use
by the undersigned, his successors, heirs and assigns, as follows:
SETBACKS
No buildings or structures shall be permitted
or located within twenty (2�) feet of any I
property line.
LAND5CAPING
The first ten (10) feet adjacent to the north,
south and west property lines shall be appra- .
priately landscaped and maintained continuously
in a neat and clean manner except for designated
pedestrian and vehicular accessways. Such land-
scaping is to be undertaken at such time subject
property is developed. The remainder of the set-
back area not required to be landscaped may be I
utilized for off-street parking purposes as pro-
vided by the laws and ordinances of the City of
Renton.
SCREENING
The outside storage of materials, construction

permitted within the storage area of the above
