property lines by a wall or view-obscuring fence
or by appropriate landscaping, or a combination
of both fence and landscaping. Screening sha11
be continuously maintained in an attractive and

� plans shall be submitted and subject to approval
� of the City of Renton Planning Department prior

The aforesaid restrictive covenants shal.l be nu11 and void if
the above described property is not zoned by the City of Renton for
commercial use `effective on or before January 1, 1972.
Any violation or breach of any of these restrictive covenants
may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior Court of
King County by either the City of Renton or any property owners ad-
joining subject property who are adversely affected by said breach.
