GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE:
Wood Frame Single Family Residence with Basement
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE
A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102:
(a) Because of dilapidation and deterioration, portions are subject to
failure under its designed usage.
(b) Because of the dilapidated conditions and portions are open to entry,
said structure has become an attractive nuisance to children and a
harbor for vagrants, criminals or immoral persons.
(c) Because of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation and faulty sanitary
facilities as determined by the King County health officer, subject
building is deemed unfit for human habitation and is likely to cause
sickness or disease.
(d) Because of the deterioration of structure and property, faulty elec-
trical wiring and heating apparatus, said structure is deemed a fire
hazard.

Avenue South, Renton, Washington

or such other time as the hearing may be continued.
ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE COM-
PLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE TIME AND
PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
