The Grantor, The Boeing Company, a Delaware Company, for and in consideration of mutual benefits,
conveys, quitclaims and dedicates to the Grantee, City of Renton, a Washington municipal corporation,
for the use of the public,all Grantor's right,title and interest in the following described real estate situated
in King County, Washington, to the same extent and purposes as if the rights granted had been acquired
under the Eminent Domain Statue of the State of Washington.
As described in Attachment A, pages 5 and 6 attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
Also, Grantor requests the Assessor and Treasury of said County to set over to the remainder of the
hereinabove described parcel,the lien of all unpaid taxes, if any,affecting the real estate herein conveyed,
as provided for by RCW 84.60.070.
By executing this Deed of Dedication, the Grantee hereby accepts the property and agrees for itself and
its successors in title to the property and the terms and reservations of Grantor set forth herein.
